Function

The micro fluidizde opposed bed jet mill is a small test device specially for universities and colleges and R & D institution. It is small in size and can be set on dest and experiment table. Its compact struture makes it easy to desmounted and installed.

1.Adopting professtional numerical simulation software of Fluid Mechanics, we work out the best flow field, optimal pressure distribution to design and optimize the structure of classifier rotor. The breakthrough of particle acceleration technology increases the smashing effeiency, reduces power and makes the size of powder samller.

2.The smash is made by the material crashed with each other. It can machining material of Mohs' hardnees 1-10 with less wear and no pollution.

3.Reasonable cooling flow field. .In the smashing process, it can especially be used for thermal sensitivity and low melting point material because the airflow expands sharply and then decreases the temperature of airflow.

4.Our unique end seal technology (invention patent) can insure the accuracy of classification and makes the size small.

5.The adoption of the most advanced HL-56B dynamic balancing machine from Germany can insure the performance of the classifier rotor, the stability of products in high rotational speed. Also by using the maintenance-free bearing, the jet mill can be operated in a long time.

6.With the unique classification folw field technolgy, the jet mill can have a better smashing efficiency and a precise size distribution. The particle size can be controlled between 2-74um. It can be arrived at submicron minimum.Low consumption of resources.
